David Billson
Workflow Analyst | Apple Mac user | Pro-Cycling fan | Music Lover

I am a Workflow Business Analyst living in Hampshire, UK and am currently employed for one of the largest Life & Pension Companies in the UK.

I specialise in the implementation and support of Workflow systems having worked on them for the last 18 years or so. I am currently working on a project implementing a new workflow system built with K2 and Microsoft SharePoint. I focus on improving the organisations business processes without compromising the user experience.

I also have over 20 years experience in using Apple Mac computers.

I am currently studying Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.9. Which is giving me a greater knowledge and understanding to help me support computers running OS X Mountain Lion.

I've been using Apple computers for over 20 years and am regularly called upon by family, friends and work colleagues to provide advice and support with their Apple Macs, iPhones, iPads etc.

I also love design, especially product and webdesign. I'm interested in the whole design process focusing on the User Experience.

When I'm not working I love cycling. I'm an avid follower of Pro-Cycling. My current (year-to-date) mileage below. As always it should be more!

Pro-Cycling is a sport that over the last 3-4 years has cleaned up dramatically and is now seeing clean riders coming out on top and I think it's one of the most exciting and tactical sports to follow. It's a great time to be a British cycling fan with Bradley Wiggins, Mark Cavendish and Chris Froome being among the best in the world.

Between 2001-2004 I managed the content of the The Waterboys official website.

I crried out a number of interviews with members of the band for the website:

I'm always open to speaking to people about opportunities that may interest me, so please feel free to get in touch with me.
